Chris͏ was amazing. This was difficult time for me, and with a hectic work schedule, I wasn't the best with communication, or timelines all the time, thankfully Chris was! He was always ahead of the game and working hard for me. It was like having a very trusted friend, with my best interest in mind working on my side. He got me exactly what he said he would! He made the process as easy as he could. The technology they use and how they present a sale is fantastic. He also helped with additional issues I had at the house to help get the house ready for sale and sold. He knows and understands the market and kept me informed the whole way through. It was only on the market maybe 2 wks before we started a 30 day escrow and even that was finished before the 30 days! I am very grateful to Chris and Andrea. If you're unsure, just call them, as soon as you meet them, you'll understand how salt of the earth these folks are, and how well they know their business.

Chris and Andrea are the aboslute best you are going to find at their job. Extremely professional, incredibly responsive, and willing to help you understand any parts of the selling process you might have questions about. We started talking to Chris and Andrea almost 3 years before we finally pulled the trigger on selling our house, and they never made us feel pressured to move forward or like we were not valued customers. And once things got started, they took care of everything. Best Agents Ever and would gladly work with again in a heartbeat (if we still lived in CA)

Head and Shoulders Above the Rest. We don’t normally do reviews so Chris is definitely the exception. We sought out Chris because we believed he was the most qualified to get our home sold. What we found out about Chris after our first meeting is that he is very professional at what he does. His knowledge of the marketplace is exceptional. Chris’s guidance throughout the whole process was impeccable and made it very easy for us to process information. Because of his knowledge of the current market he was able to get us top dollar for our home in a short period of time. We highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to sell their home. Chris did everything possible to make the listing and sell of our home successful. We started receiving offers just four days on the market. There is not enough room on this to say just how Wonderful the Remax experience was with Chris Our Broker/Agent… we went through so much together on the sale of my home good & bad, Chris always was calm and always there for me. Right down to the last day of Escrow to Emily and Jennifer on the closing of my property..
